The free app is available for download in the Apple Store and Google Play Store. For users that already have the 皇冠官方app下载 app on their mobile device, they can simply update to use the new feature.

The real time wait technology is developed by Xovis and the mobile app implementation by M2mobi. The technology utilizes sensors installed at each terminal checkpoint and surrounding areas to measure passenger wait time. The sensors track the heat and movement of a person to tell how many people are in line, which direction they are moving and at what speed, which translates into approximate wait times. The data refreshes every minute to provide real-time updates for customers.
This information is fed into the app and displayed in multiple layers for each checkpoint. Customers can select General, TSA Precheck or Priority lanes to view specific wait times for each terminal.
皇冠官方app下载 introduced TSA Security wait times in December 2018 with large, digital displays in the terminals. The digital displays indicate the time anticipated for a customer to enter the queue and clear the initial identification inspection. The terminal displays also show information for other checkpoints in the same terminal, helping customers determine whether they want to make a short walk or remain in the queue.
TSA Security wait times will also be available on the website later this summer.
